Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch → 100% refund

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch → refund after deducting to-and-fro courier charges

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Manufacturing defect products are eligible for return

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 12–15 working days after approval

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or damaged products (unless manufacturing defect)

  • Manufaturer shall have scope to decide is product is damaged or defective.
