We sell agriculture biostimulants and tonics made from organic and sustainable sources.

Our products are non-hazardous and child-safe; however, they are intended only for agricultural use.

We do not sell chemical products, though our products may be used alongside chemical inputs if the farmer chooses.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are inclusive of GST

  • Payments are prepaid only

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, price, and product category and are clearly shown before checkout

  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via courier services

  • In areas where courier service is unavailable, shipping is arranged after discussion with the customer

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics availability

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is allowed but to-and-fro courier charges will be deducted from the refund

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is:

    • Unused

    • In original condition and packaging

  • Manufacturing defects are eligible for return

  • Return shipping and reverse courier charges will be deducted unless the return is due to a defect

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 12–15 working days

Results may vary depending on crop type, soil condition, climate, and farming practices.

We do not guarantee specific yield increases.

9. Limitation of Liability

BiostimulantIndia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
