CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch → 100% refund

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch → No Order Cancellation allowed.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery only in case of damaged Manufacturing Defects.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Manufacturing defect products are eligible for Replacement

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only for Manufacturing Defects.

  • Processing time: 12–15 working days after approval

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or damaged products (unless manufacturing defect)

  • Manufacturer shall have scope to decide is product is damaged or defective.
